General information and attendance:

Meeting called to order @ 1:30 pm by President Ken.

There was (0) Guests in attendance.

Other members arrived after meeting for the Beer Bust.

Old Business:

           

Beer Bust in June @ Carl’s

We are scheduled to have beer bust on June 19th from 2pm-6pm

            Successful Event 1 New member and raised $175. Attended by $22 people.

 

Planned 4th of July POOL Party at Loren and Tom’s Home.

            Scheduled for Sunday July 4th.  BYOB and Pot Luck bring a side dish.

            Will start at noon till ???  880 Marsh Rd, Reno, Nv

           

            It was suggested that Carl’s would like up so hold more activities at the bar. 

We discussed that we should be more supportive than once a year.

But there were no proposed suggestions on what to do.  Members should have suggestions by next meeting.

Dean suggested we also ask the folks at Carl’s what they have in mind. 

 

One suggestion is that (Web Master) will add the Carl’s Pub Events and Calendar to our web site.

This is as a sign of support and to make members aware of what is going on at the bar.

 

Second suggestion was to have a MIXER at the bar. After some discussion it was decided to have one during

Reno Pride. It will be Sat. Aug 14th 4pm – 8pm.  Club to provide food. Details to be planned at the July Meeting.

 

Bill asked about participation in Gay Pride. 

There will be no parade again this year so participation is up to individual members.

No club activity planned unless there is a change in parade status.         

 

New Business:

           

            LB Partner Edd Suddenly passed away this week.  The club voted to approve $50 toward a donation or flowers.

           

            Club voted to reimburse Nathan for cost of supplies for Beer Bust.  Amount of $55.

            During Beer Bust received 2 donations toward cost. Reducing it to $35.

            I am sending receipt to Dean.

 

 

Next Dinner Night Out:

Due to 4th of July  -  No Dinner Night Out this month

 

Next Meeting:

Sat July 16th  @ 6:30 pm @ Ken and Nathan’s Home

Pot Luck – We will be grilling.
